Barbara Gillen

Barbara joined YTI in April 2021 as a Project Administrative Assistant supporting multiple projects including the NYS Consortium for the Advancement of Supported Employment (NYS CASE), Center for Advancing Policy on Employing Youth (CAPE-Youth), Vocational Rehabilitation – Technical Assistance Center on Quality Management and Workforce Development Fee for Service. She has held positions as a teacher and librarian and most recently served as a Health Program Administrator with the NYS Department of Health
